Summary
Underwrites, and Services any and all types of secured and unsecured loans or lines of credit within the Banks product set to build a client portfolio of acceptable risk within the Banks market area to achieve stated goals and objectives for the profitable expansion and retention of all lending and related services.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze information required so that informed credit decisions can be made
- Work with the Credit Department on loan requests, evaluate, and mitigate credit risks
- Prepare credit memos and other documentation for presentation to the appropriate approval authority
- Complete site inspections for new loans and for the existing portfolio
- Direct the due diligence process working with internal and external resources
- Ensure all approval conditions have been met prior to closing and follow up on any post closing items
- Review loan documentation prior to closing
- Attend loan closings
- Maintain on-going and periodic contact with assigned customers to aid in growing their banking relations and cross sell other Bank products, when appropriate
- Develop and bring new customer relationships to the Bank in relation to loans and deposits

Responsibilities

- Installation, setup and configuration of desktops, notebooks, printers, etc.
- Facilitate network, hardware and software changes that as directed from senior staff.
- Answer technical support calls, complete help desk tickets and provide end-user support for computer, network and printers.
- Answer technical questions pertaining to software usage issues, basic PC/Network functions and the proper use of the Bank’s network resources.

Position Summary
Employee is responsible for opening and closing new accounts, running a teller window, maintaining existing bank accounts, identifying new relationships and referring them to the Manager, cross-selling bank products and services, while providing quality customer service to further customer relations. Position will be based at our Morrisville and Yardley locations.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers
- Open and process new accounts.
- Cross-sells the Bank’s services and products.
- Identify and refer new opportunities to the manager.
- May assist Personal Banker in training, vault maintenance, scheduling, opening and closing.
- Assist in answering the telephone and transferring calls to the appropriate personal.
- Research and verify account information and resolve problems for customers as necessary.
- Open, close and maintain safe deposit boxes.
- Accepts deposits, verifying cash and endorsements and issue receipts.
- Issues money orders and bank checks.
- Balances transactions at end of day and verifies cash totals.
- May acts as a supervisor in the absence of the Assistant Manager and/or Manager.

- Participates in Bank and Community events. Serves as a volunteer for the community a minimum of 8 hours annually and records hours in Continuity.

Completes BSA and related compliance training annually.

Summary
Responsible for supporting the accounting function of the Bank to provide financial and statistical information necessary for management decision making, board reports and regulatory reporting, including providing technical services using clerical skills to assure that the assets, liabilities income and expense items of the Bank’s general ledger are met and properly recorded on the financial records.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for administering, developing, planning and coordinating internal accounting functions to provide accurate financial and statistical information to assist in decision making.
- Oversees the preparation and maintenance of daily accounting records; oversees the processing of all accruals of the accounting system; processes all bond and securities transactions; maintains Bank files and permanent records of deeds, tax returns, regulatory filing, etc.; disburses payment for expense vouchers as approved by supervisors in accordance with expense policy; authorizes payment of dormant official checks.
- Ability to proficiently operate the Bank’s accounting software platform to perform the daily tasks required to support the accounting function of the Bank.
- Ability to analyze financial data; to calculate figures; prepare financial and statistical data, analyze many variables, think imaginatively and apply originality to factual and hypothetical data in current and long-range studies.
