Branch Manager – Philadelphia Area

William Penn Bank is looking to hire a Branch Manager to join our Philadelphia retail team. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful organization that will recognize your efforts. This role is for the candidate who has previous banking and managerial experience, enjoys business development and providing excellent customer service. It is critical that the candidate displays the ability to plan and direct the daily operations of a team of employees at more than one branch and foster a motivational environment to enhance the customer experience and Bank loyalty. This position requires Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and benefits of Bank’s products, programs and financial services.
  • Ability to management 1-4 branch locations.
  • Provides training in operations and Bank policies; conducts regular staff meetings.
  • Customer contact to maintain and enhance current relationships.

We are looking to hire a Universal Teller to join our New Jersey retail team. This full-time, floating Teller position is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys cross-selling Bank products and services and providing quality customer service to further customer relations. Ability and willingness to travel to our Audubon and Collingswood, NJ locations to fulfill staffing requirements is required. Minimum of two years banking experience is required. We are seeking to hire a Part Time Teller to join our New Jersey retail team. This part-time position is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys cross-selling Bank products and services and providing quality customer service to further customer relations. This opportunity is available in our Pine Hill, NJ location. Ability and willingness to travel to any New Jersey branch office is desirable. Experience handling cash is required.

Responsibilities

  • Accepts deposits, verifying cash and endorsements and issues receipts.
  • Cashes checks.
  • Cross-sells the Bank’s services and products.
  • Issues money orders, Bank checks, traveler’s checks.
  • Accepts loan payments and safe deposit box rental payments.
  • Admits customers to safe deposit boxes.
  • Answers customer inquiries and gives balances.
  • Balances transactions at end of day and verifies cash totals.
  • May assist head teller in training, vault maintenance, opening and closing.
  • May act in CSR support capacity as required. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Serves as a volunteer for the community a minimum of 8 hours annually and records hours in Continuity.
  • Follows compliance with traditional Bank policies and procedures.  Adheres to compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA PATRIOT Act including accurate completion of CTR’s, Monetary Instrument logs, and reporting of suspicious activities to supervisor. Completes BSA and related compliance training annually.
